Prof Dr Nevena Calovska - Hercog, Dr sci.med., ECP

Neuropsychiatrist, PhD, Professor at the Faculty for Media and Communications, Department of Psychology. She holds the national and European certificates for psychotherapy and is the general secretary of Serbian Union of Associations of Psychotherapists and is also General Secretary of the European Family Therapy Association. She is the author of many educational and training programs in systemic psychotherapy, especially modified to fit various professional contexts. Prof Dr Calovska is an expert for accreditation of training institutes in Europe, members of the European Association for Psychotherapy. She is the President of the Foundation SOS “Dečja sela Srbije” and a consultant for training programs in the International Organization for Migrations in Serbia.

Prof Dr Calovska is the founder and president of AST and the director of the training program in Systemic Family Therapy.










Desanka Nagulic, ECP

Clinical psychologist, specialist in Medical Psychology, systemic family therapist, employed at the Institute for Mental Health, Department for Marriage and Family in Belgrade. She holds the national and European certificate for psychotherapy. Since 1998 she has been involved in creating and conducting training programs in systemic family therapy as a master trainer and supervisor. Ms Nagulic has participated in various domestic and international programs carried out by organizations supporting families and applying systemic interventions in different contexts.

Desanka Nagulic is one of the AST founders, consultant, trainer, supervisor and program leader of the training in Systemic Family Therapy.










Jelena Milicevic, Msc, ECP


Psychologist, systemic family therapist, employed as a psychologist and psychology professor at the Secondary British International School in Belgrade. She has Masters degree in Family Therapy obtained in 2002 at the Institute of Psychiatry, Maudsley hospital, London. She holds the national and European certificate for psychotherapy. She has completed a two year training in Gestalt therapy.

She is working as a Systemic Family Therapy trainer in AST since 2006.

Dr Miroslava Ljiljana Maksimovic, PhD, ECP

Clinical psychologist, PhD in clinical psychology, specialist in Medical Psychology, systemic family therapist, forensic expert, employed at the Health centre Valjevo, psychiatric department. She has completed in 1991 a two-year course in Psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Institute of Psychiatry in Belgrade; family therapy training in 1995 at the Institute of Mental Health in Belgrade; training in group facilitation, organized by the Institute of Cultural Affairs, Belgium, in 2001. She holds the national and European certificate for psychotherapy since 2004. In her professional career, through various roles (author, co-ordinator, consultant, team member, trainer, supervisor), she has participated in creation and implementation of psychosocial and psycho-medical projects supported by the international organizations such as USAID, IRD, UMCOR, UNICEF, IOM, HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL, etc. These projects have been dedicated to promoting health of women, preventing domestic and school violence and giving support to pregnant women, vulnerable children and people with special needs. She is also employed as a facilitator in projects that are focused on more effective functioning of local communities.

She is working as a Systemic Family Therapy trainer in AST since 2007.







Radmila Vulic - Bojovic

Psychologist, psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor, employed at the Marriage and Family Department at the Centre for Social work in Belgrade. In 1992 she graduated Clinical Psychology at the Philosophical faculty, University of Belgrade. She also completed Introductory and medium levels in Reflective systemic therapy ViIST (Verband internazionaler Institute fuer Systemische Therapie), in Marburg, Germany. In 2006 she graduated in Advanced Systemic Psychotherapy at Institute of Family Therapy, London, England. In 2013 she has completed training for supervisor in systemic practice organized by Institute for Family Therapy from London, UK.

She is working as a Systemic Family Therapy trainer in AST since 2008.





 

 


Dr Snezana Mijalkovic, Mr sci.med., ECP

Psychiatrist and psychotherapist, certified professional couch (Erickson College International, Kanada). She has Masters degree in Medical sciences in the field of psychotherapy. She is holding both national and European certificates for psychotherapy. From 1997-2010 she has worked in New Zealand as a psychiatrist and psychotherapist. She is one of the founders of the specialist multidisciplinary counseling service for dealing with issues in Psycho-oncology in Belgrade. She runs many training/courses for professionals working with oncology patients. Nationally and internationally, she runs workshops related to successfully coping with life issues and changes; maximizing personal potential and improving the quality of partners’ relationship, as well as family and professional life. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, New Zealand Association for Family Therapy, European Family Therapy Association, European Association for Gynecological Oncology. From 2009-2010 she was a member of the Board of Directors of the International Association for Family Therapy.

She is working as a Systemic Family Therapy trainer in AST since 2010.



 


Milica Lazarevic, Msc

Psychologist, family psychotherapist. Employed at the Department for Adolescents and Department for Marriage and Family at the Institute for Mental Health, Belgrade. She has Masters degree in family therapy obtained in 2010 at the Institute for Psychiatry, Maudsley hospital, London.

She is working as a Systemic Family Therapy trainer in AST since 2012.






Bojan Vukovic

Systemic family therapist. In 2010 graduated at Faculty for Political Sciences, Department for Social Politics and Social Work, University of Belgrade. Since 2010 he has been employed as a social worker in children’s home “DrinkaPavlović” in Belgrade. Since 2015. works at the Children and family counselling service that is linked to the Center for care of infants, children and youth. Also, works at non-government organization “GRIG” as a systemic family therapist with families with children with conduct disorder referred by the Court order.

He is working as a Systemic Family Therapy trainer in AST since 2014.

 


 

 

 


Prof Dr Saveta Draganic Gajic, Dr sci.med., ECP

Psychiatrist, doctor of medical sciences, professor at the Faculty for Media and Communications “Singidunum”, Department of Psychology in Belgrade. She is holding both national and European certificates for psychotherapy. From 2008 till 2014, she was the Head of Educational Activities Unit at the Institute of Psychiatry, organizing and coordinating different educational activities that could have been used by professionals of different backgrounds. From 2006, she was running the four-year training in Systemic Family Therapy. She is a member of the International Family Therapy Association, Serbian Medical Association, Association of Systemic Therapists, Association of Serbian Psychiatrists, and a member of the Ethics committee of the Association of Serbian Psychiatrists.  She has a PhD theses “Dysfunction of the marital relationship and personality characteristics of the partner”.

She is working as a Systemic Family Therapy associate in AST since 2015.

 


 


Violeta Blagojevic

With our deepest sympathies, we are informing you that our long-term associate, Violeta Blagojevic, passed away. Her contribution to the systemic practice in the field of social care, especially the work with foster families has been immeasurable. Violeta’s extensive knowledge, sensitivity for life’s struggles and dedication have left a permanent influence on the practice in the field of the social work. We will remeber her as an inspirational trainer, exceptional colleague, a warm and supporting person.  

 



Živko Petrovic

Psychologist and systemic family therapist, employed at the Family care and adoption center in Nis as a supervisor and consultant for foster care and trainer for foster carers. Also, he is currently teaching psychology at secondary school in Svrljig. He is also a member of the social care Chamber’s advisory council. He participates in projects in which with his expertise promotes good systemic practice as a coordinator, trainer and supervisor. Currently, he is engaged in the following projects as a supervisor and mentor to field crew: Management in social care, co-author of the program for training managers and Support for migrants in Serbia.

He is working as a Systemic Family Therapy associate in AST since 2017 in Nis.

 



Lana Vucicevic Miladinovic, ECP

Psychologist, systemic family therapist. Graduated in 2006 at the faculty of philosophy in Belgrade, department for Psychology. Works at the Institute for blood transfusion, as a psychologist responsible for creation and implementation of programs that increase the level of citizens’ awareness of donating blood, training youth as well as media cooperation. Since 2016. worksat the non-government organisation “GRIG” as a systemic therapist with families referredby social serves.

She is working as a Systemic Family Therapy trainer in AST since 2017.
